Church Basement Slush Punch (Spiked Edition)

With or without vodka, this is delicious. I don't know if it necessarily needs to be served in a church basement, but if you've ever been to Wisconsin or Minnesota, there is a thin line between church basement and dive bar.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon rainbow sherbet
  • 2 liters lemon-lime soda
  • 2 cups vodka or gin (optional)
  • 1 (12 oz) can frozen fruit punch concentrate, thawed
  • Orange slices and maraschino cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a punch bowl, add scoops of sherbet.
  2. Pour in fruit punch, vodka, and soda. Stir gently.
  3. Garnish with citrus and cherries. Serve immediately.
