Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, cut into chunks
- 1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine cucumbers and tomatoes in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
- Add oregano and a pinch of salt.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.
