Ingredients
- 1½ lb salmon fillet, skin-on
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Zest of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Place salmon on a lined sheet pan.
