Chicken Lemonnata
Bright, lemony chicken with white wine and fresh thyme
Ingredients - Sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup dry white wine
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tsp thyme
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- Cooking spray
- Garlic powder to taste
- Onion powder to taste
- Red pepper flakes
Ingredients - Chicken
- 4 boneless breasts, halved and pounded
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon zest
- Thyme
Instructions
- Sauté garlic & red pepper in cooking spray. Add all ingredients & reduce for ½ hour.
- Meanwhile, sear chicken in separate pan. Cook through. Top with reduction & eat. Garnish with lemon zest.
