  1. Melt butter in high-sided skillet. Add orzo, toast for 3 mins.
  2. Add garlic, stir constantly one minute. Add stock Β½ cup at a time, stirring constantly until pasta is cooked. 8 mins or so.
  3. Add parm and cream, turn off heat. Stir and serve quickly because this thing turns to brick marble in 10 to time.
Recipe Note: This is one of those sides that'll make people think you're a way better cook than you actually are. Serve it immediately - it really does firm up fast!
