Instructions

  1. Cook bacon. Drain most fat, leaving 2oz.
  2. Sauté onion in bacon fat. Add garlic and red pepper when onion becomes translucent. Add tomato. Cook 10 minutes on medium.
  3. Add vodka. Cook 5 more minutes. Turn off heat. Add cream, basil, bacon, S+P and parm.
  4. Purée in food processor. Return to heat for 3 mins.
Recipe Note: *Add to cooked ravioli
*Garnish with basil chiffonade
